Physico-chemical property

Cysteine is white crystalline or crystalline powder, soluble in water, slightly smelly, insoluble in ethanol, insoluble in ethyl ether and other organic solvents. Melting point 240 degrees Celsius, pure crystal system. Cystine is one of the sulfur-containing amino acids, which is a non-essential amino acid. In living organisms, the sulfur atom of methionine is exchanged with the hydroxyl oxygen atom of serine, and glutathione can be formed from cysteine through thioether. Cysteine is stable to acid, but easily oxidizes to thiamine acid in neutral and alkaline solutions

Use

For the treatment of eczema, urticaria, freckles and other skin diseases, its series of products are widely used in medicine, food and cosmetics industry.
